About me

My name is Ashley. I founded this project out of an unbelievable passion for the sport of gymnastics. I competed in the USAG J.O. program up to Level 10 and competed as a balance beam specialist at the collegiate level. I have coached everything from toddlers to special needs to recreational to team. I currently coach a fantastic team of Level 3's and I am training to compete again at the ridiculous old age of 28. If you'd like to follow my progress in that endeavor, check out my blog.
